IRlähettimet, also known as infrared transmitters, are electronic devices that emit infrared light. This light is invisible to the human eye and falls within the electromagnetic spectrum between visible light and microwaves. IRlähettimet are commonly used for short-range wireless communication. They work by converting an electrical signal into modulated infrared light pulses. These pulses are then detected by a corresponding IR receiver, which converts them back into an electrical signal.
