I60 refers to Interstate 60, a proposed but ultimately unbuilt auxiliary Interstate Highway that was planned to run through the states of Pennsylvania and Ohio. The designation I-60 was originally intended for a route that would have run from Erie, Pennsylvania, south to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and then continued on to the West Virginia border.
