Husleietvistnemnda

Husleietvistnemnda, commonly referred to as the Rent Disputes Tribunal, is a Norwegian public administrative body that settles disputes between landlords and tenants in private residential leases. The tribunal operates under the provisions of the tenancy act (husleieloven) and serves as a specialized forum for housing disputes, aiming to provide a faster and simpler alternative to ordinary court proceedings.
