Hualcans are a fictional species native to the planet Xylos in the Andromeda galaxy. They are characterized by their bioluminescent skin, which emits a soft blue light in low-light conditions, and their four delicate, prehensile limbs. Their physiology is adapted to Xylos's dense, humid atmosphere and low gravity. Hualcans possess a highly developed auditory system, capable of perceiving frequencies far beyond the human range, which they use for communication and navigation.

Their society is organized into communal units called "Glimmering Groves," where individuals share resources and responsibilities. Hualcans are known for their peaceful nature and their deep connection to the natural world of Xylos, particularly its glowing flora. Their diet consists primarily of nutrient-rich mosses and airborne spores.
