Housemartins
Housemartins are small, migratory birds belonging to the swallow family. They are known for their distinctive black and white plumage, with a glossy black upper body and wings, and a white rump and underparts. A small white patch is also often visible on their forehead. These birds are most commonly found in Europe, Asia, and Africa, migrating to warmer climates during the winter months.
Housemartins build their nests from mud pellets, typically on the outside walls of buildings, hence their name.
