Householders

A householder is a person who occupies a dwelling as their primary residence. In sociological and demographic contexts, the term describes the individual who is responsible for managing the household and often acts as the reference point for the dwelling in surveys and censuses. The concept is not strictly tied to ownership; both owners and renters can be householders if they are the main occupant.
