Homomorphs
A homomorph is a structure-preserving map between two algebraic structures of the same type. In simpler terms, if you have two groups, or two rings, or two vector spaces, a homomorph is a function that takes elements from one structure and maps them to elements in the other structure in a way that respects the operations of those structures. For example, in group theory, a homomorph between two groups G and H is a function f: G -> H such that for any two elements a and b in G, f(a * b) = f(a) * f(b), where '*' represents the group operation. This means that the operation performed on the elements in G before mapping is the same as the operation performed on their images in H after mapping.
