Holoseeniin

Holoseeniin is a geological epoch that began approximately 11,700 years ago and continues to the present day. It is the current and most recent epoch of the Quaternary period. The Holocene is characterized by a warming trend following the last glacial period, known as the Pleistocene. This warming led to significant changes in global climate, sea levels, and ecosystems.
