Hillsparse

Hillsparse is a genus of flowering plants in the family Brassicaceae, commonly known as the mustard family. The genus currently contains three recognized species. These species are native to western North America.

The plants in the genus Hillsparse are characterized by their small size, often growing close to the ground. They typically feature basal rosettes of leaves from which flowering stalks emerge. The flowers are usually small and white or pale yellow, with four petals arranged in a cross shape, typical of the Brassicaceae family. The fruits are small, flattened pods, known as silicles.
