Hidrogénbomba
Hidrogénbomba is the Hungarian term for a hydrogen bomb, also known as a thermonuclear weapon. This type of nuclear weapon utilizes a fusion reaction in addition to a fission reaction to generate a much larger explosion than a fission bomb. The process typically begins with a primary fission device, which explodes and creates the immense heat and pressure needed to initiate a secondary fusion stage. This fusion stage, involving isotopes of hydrogen like deuterium and tritium, releases a vast amount of energy.
The development of the hydrogen bomb was a significant milestone in the Cold War arms race between
