Henothiesti is a rural township situated in the northern part of Eastern Province, within the country of Eldoria. The settlement lies approximately eighteen kilometers west of the provincial capital, Arisem, and is positioned near the banks of the Lyran River, which provides essential water resources for local agriculture and community life. The township covers an area of roughly twenty-two square kilometres and is characterized by gently rolling hills and temperate forested landscapes.

The first documented evidence of human habitation in the Henothiesti region dates back to the early nineteenth century, when small-scale farms were established along the river valley. The village grew steadily throughout the twentieth century, particularly following the construction of a regional road in 1958 that improved connectivity to major markets.
