Hasartsuch

Hasartsuch is a small rural settlement located in the northern foothills of the River Kalen region, within the administrative boundaries of the province of Marenfeld. The community was founded in the early 18th century by a group of agrarian families seeking arable land and water sources, and its name derives from an archaic local term meaning “the hill of fresh water.” The village sits at an altitude of approximately 420 metres and is surrounded by mixed woodlands and pasture fields, with the Kalen River flowing a few kilometres to the east.
