Haridustase

Haridustase, meaning "educational level" in Estonian, is a classification used to describe the level of formal education completed by an individual or the level provided by an educational program. It is used in official statistics, education policy, and international comparisons to measure educational attainment and to guide planning for schools, training, and the labor market. The concept is aligned with international frameworks such as the International Standard Classification of Education (ISCED) and the European Qualifications Framework (EQF), and in Estonia is linked to the Estonian Qualifications Framework.
