Hallintatilante, also known as the "government crisis" or "political turmoil," refers to a period of instability or conflict within a country's governing structures. These situations often arise due to disagreements among political parties, leadership crises, or systemic failures in governance. Hallintatilante can manifest in various forms, including legislative gridlock, constitutional disputes, or public protests against government policies.
