Graham-Paige was an American automobile manufacturer that existed from 1927 to 1947. It was formed by the merger of Graham Brothers, Inc. and the Paige-Detroit Motor Car Company. The Graham brothers, Robert, Joseph, and Ray, had previously been involved in the truck manufacturing business before venturing into automobiles. Paige-Detroit, founded by Harry M. Jewett, had a reputation for building well-engineered and stylish cars. The combined entity, Graham-Paige, aimed to leverage their strengths to compete in the increasingly competitive automotive market.
