Gnastys

Gnastys are a fictional species native to the planet Xylos in the Andromeda galaxy. They are a sentient, silicon-based lifeform characterized by their crystalline exoskeletons and bioluminescent internal organs. Gnastys communicate through a complex series of resonant frequencies emitted from their exoskeletons, a form of bio-sonics that is difficult for other species to interpret.

Physically, Gnastys possess multiple limbs, typically six, which are highly adaptable for both locomotion and manipulation. Their sensory organs are distributed across their upper body, allowing for a 360-degree awareness of their surroundings. They reproduce asexually through a process of budding, where a small fragment of the parent organism grows and eventually detaches to become a new individual.
