Glutamátérzékeny is a term used to describe individuals who experience adverse reactions after consuming foods or products containing gluten, a protein found in certain grains such as wheat, barley, and rye. This condition is sometimes referred to as gluten intolerance, although it is not the same as celiac disease, a separate autoimmune disorder that causes the immune system to react to gluten.

Individuals with glutamátérzékeny typically do not experience the same level of intestinal damage and malabsorption as those with celiac disease, although they may still exhibit gastrointestinal symptoms such as bloating, abdominal pain, and diarrhea.
