Gjithësia

Gjithësia, often translated as "universe" or "cosmos," refers to the entirety of space, time, matter, and energy that exists. It encompasses all planets, stars, galaxies, and the empty space between them. Our current understanding of the universe is based on scientific observation and theory, most notably the Big Bang theory, which proposes that the universe began as an incredibly hot and dense singularity and has been expanding ever since.

The observable universe is the portion of the entire universe that can be seen from Earth, limited by the speed of light and the age of the universe. Beyond what we can observe, the full extent of the universe is unknown; it may be infinite or finite. The universe is composed primarily of dark energy and dark matter, with ordinary matter making up only a small fraction. These components interact through gravity, shaping the large-scale structure of the cosmos, including galaxies and galaxy clusters. Scientists continue to study gjithësia to understand its origin, evolution, composition, and ultimate fate.
