Gedragsvragen, a Dutch term translating to "behavioral questions," are a common interview technique used by employers to assess how a candidate has handled specific situations in the past. The underlying principle is that past behavior is a strong predictor of future performance. These questions typically begin with phrases like "Tell me about a time when..." or "Describe a situation where...".
