Gaasterland
Gaasterland is a region located in the southwestern part of the province of Friesland in the Netherlands. It is characterized by its diverse landscape, which includes a striking terminal moraine, remnants of the last Ice Age. This elevated terrain gives Gaasterland a distinctly hilly appearance compared to the surrounding flat Frisian lowlands.
