Földország

Földország is a term used in Hungarian-language fiction and folklore to refer to the Earth as a country or realm. It is not an official geopolitical entity. In many works it serves as a narrative setting that personifies the planet or presents a world closely resembling Earth, frequently infused with magical, mythic, or allegorical elements. The term appears across genres, from children's tales to fantasy novels and environmentally focused discourse.

The name combines föld (earth, soil) with ország (country), producing a poetic compound that functions both as a proper noun and as a general descriptor for the world.
