Frietkots

A frietkot, also known as a frituur or friture, is a Belgian or Dutch fast-food establishment that specializes in selling french fries. These establishments are ubiquitous throughout Belgium and parts of the Netherlands, forming a significant part of the local culinary culture. Frietkots typically serve fries that are deep-fried twice, resulting in a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior.
