Frequenzganglinearität
Frequenzganglinearität refers to how evenly a system reproduces different frequencies within its operating range. A perfectly linear frequency response means that the system amplifies or attenuates all frequencies equally. In audio systems, this is highly desirable for accurate sound reproduction. When a system has a linear frequency response, what you hear is a faithful representation of the original sound source.
Deviations from linearity, often called frequency response anomalies or colorations, result in certain frequencies being emphasized
The ideal of perfect frequency response linearity is often an aspiration rather than a strict reality. Most
