Fransiumilla is a proposed but unconfirmed element with the temporary symbol Fr and atomic number 121. It is expected to be the first element in the g-block of the periodic table, although its position is debated. If synthesized, it would be an alkali metal, belonging to group 1. Theoretical predictions suggest that fransiumilla would be a highly reactive metal, with its outermost electron located in a 5g orbital.

The synthesis of elements with atomic numbers greater than 118 is a challenging endeavor due to their extreme instability and short half-lives. Researchers aim to produce fransiumilla by bombarding heavy actinide targets with lighter ions in particle accelerators.
