Formlar

Formlar is a Turkish word meaning forms. It functions as the plural of form and can refer to shapes, templates, documents, or lists used to collect information. The precise meaning depends on context, and formlar are commonly encountered in daily language as well as specialized terminology.

In linguistics, formlar describe the various inflected or derived forms of a word. Turkish is an agglutinative language, so verbs and other parts of speech carry suffixes to encode tense, aspect, mood, person, and number. For example, gel- (to come) has forms such as geliyorum (I am coming), geliyorsun (you are coming), geldi (he/she came).
