Fookusgruppide is the Estonian genitive plural form of "fookusgrupp", referring to focus groups: a qualitative research method that gathers a small, diverse set of participants to discuss predefined topics under the guidance of a moderator. Used to explore attitudes, perceptions, ideas and reactions, focus groups prioritize depth of understanding over statistical representativeness.

The method traces its roots to mid-20th century social science techniques such as the focused interview and was later adopted widely in market research, public policy, product development, health research and user experience studies.
