Folyatódás
Folyatódás, also known as "flow" or "optimal experience," is a psychological state in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity. This concept was first introduced by Mihály Csíkszentmihályi, a Hungarian-American psychologist, in his 1975 book "Beyond Boredom and Anxiety." Csíkszentmihályi identified flow as a state of complete absorption that produces a deep sense of enjoyment and fulfillment. The experience is characterized by a balance between the challenges of the task and the skills of the performer. When the two are in harmony, the individual feels a sense of control and is able to concentrate fully on the task at hand. Flow is often associated with activities that are intrinsically rewarding, such as playing music, writing, or engaging in sports. It is also linked to positive emotions, increased productivity, and a sense of personal growth. However, achieving flow requires a delicate balance of skills and challenges, and it can be difficult to maintain in the face of external distractions or changes in the environment. Despite these challenges, many people seek to cultivate flow in their daily lives, recognizing its potential benefits for both mental and physical well-being.
