Fluiddurchlässigkeit, also known as permeability, is a fundamental property of porous materials that quantifies their ability to allow fluids to flow through them. The concept of fluid permeability is typically described by Darcy's Law, which relates the flow rate of a fluid through a porous medium to the pressure gradient, the viscosity of the fluid, and the permeability of the medium.
