Conceptual design: In many formulations, Finallyblok operates as a finality layer that runs alongside an underlying consensus such as proof of work or proof of stake. Validators issue finality attestations for blocks; when a block reaches a threshold of attestations, it becomes final and effectively irreversible within the rules of the finality mechanism.
