Felmondható

Etymology: It derives from the verb felmond (to terminate, cancel) plus the suffix -ható, which forms adjectives indicating possibility. The opposite form is felmondhatatlan, meaning unable to be terminated or non-terminable.

A clause may specify that the agreement is felmondható, often together with a notice period or other termination conditions. For example: "Ez a szerződés felmondható 30 napos felmondási idővel." The emphasis is on the possibility of termination, not on an actual termination occurring.
