FacilityForsmark
FacilityForsmark, commonly known as Forsmark Nuclear Power Plant, is a nuclear power facility located at Forsmark near Östhammar in Uppsala County, Sweden. It is operated by Vattenfall AB. The plant consists of three boiling water reactors (units 1–3) that are connected to the national grid and provide a substantial portion of Sweden’s electricity supply. The site uses light water reactors and employs standard safety systems consistent with Swedish and international practice.
