FSLogix

FSLogix is a set of profile management and application access technologies for Windows virtual environments. Originally developed by FSLogix and acquired by Microsoft in 2018, it is used to manage user profiles and app data in non-persistent VDI and Remote Desktop Services environments. It is now widely used with Azure Virtual Desktop (formerly Windows Virtual Desktop) and other Microsoft virtualization deployments.

The core components include Profile Container, Office 365 Container, App Masking, and Cloud Cache. Profile Container

FSLogix is installed as an agent on session hosts and targets a storage location for containers, typically
