Estoaksen is a fictional city and administrative capital of Cantor Province in the Republic of Valoria. Located on the lower estuary of the Estoak River, where freshwater mixes with the Cela Sea, Estoaksen serves as a regional hub for governance, commerce, and culture. The city covers about 120 square kilometers and has a maritime climate with mild winters and warm summers.

Name origin: The toponym Estoaksen derives from the historic Estoak river and the local -sen suffix meaning settlement.

History: The area was settled in the ninth century as a trading post and grew into a port city during the medieval period.
