Erlangen-Höchstadt is a district in Bavaria, Germany, located in the administrative region of Middle Franconia. The district is bordered by the cities of Erlangen and Fürth, and the districts of Forchheim, Nürnberger Land, Roth, and Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim. The district capital is Erlangen.

The district was formed in 1972 through the merger of the former districts of Erlangen and Höchstadt an der Aisch. It covers an area of 570 square kilometers and has a population of approximately 130,000 people. The landscape is characterized by rolling hills, forests, and the rivers Regnitz and Aisch.
