Geralduspäevik, often translated as "Gerald's Diary" or "Gerald's Chronicle," refers to a historical manuscript attributed to the 12th-century monk Gerald of Wales. This work is significant for providing insights into the political, social, and religious landscape of Britain during his lifetime. Gerald, a scholar and cleric, served as a chaplain to King Henry II of England and later became a bishop. His writings offer a unique perspective from someone who was both an observer and a participant in the events of the era.
