Epidemiatic

Epidemiatic is a term used to describe something that pertains to or is characteristic of an epidemic. An epidemic is defined as a widespread occurrence of an infectious disease in a community at a particular time. Therefore, an epidemiatic event or phenomenon would be one that exhibits the patterns and characteristics associated with such a widespread outbreak.
