Endringsklarhet

Endringsklarhet, a Norwegian term, translates to "clarity of change" or "change clarity." It refers to the degree to which individuals, groups, or organizations understand the nature, purpose, and implications of an impending or ongoing change. High endringsklarhet means that stakeholders have a clear and consistent understanding of what is changing, why it is changing, and how it will affect them. Conversely, low endringsklarhet is characterized by ambiguity, confusion, and a lack of shared understanding regarding the change process.

The concept of endringsklarhet is crucial in change management. When people understand the change, they are more likely to accept it, adapt to it, and contribute to its successful implementation. Lack of clarity, on the other hand, can lead to resistance, anxiety, decreased morale, and ultimately, the failure of the change initiative.
