Electro-Harmonix, often abbreviated EHX, is an American audio effects company that designs and manufactures guitar and bass effects pedals, as well as other electronic audio devices. Based in New York City, it has produced some of the most influential pedals in rock and experimental music.

Founded in 1968 by Mike Matthews in New York City, the company released the Big Muff Pi fuzz pedal in 1969, followed by the Deluxe Memory Man analog delay and many other classic pedals. In the 1970s and 1980s, its compact pedals gained popularity among musicians; the company continued to release iconic lines such as the Small Stone phaser, Electric Mistress flanger, and others. In the 2000s, Electro-Harmonix became part of New Sensor Corp, and it continued to reissue classic designs while introducing new effects such as the POG polyphonic octave generator and Cathedral reverb.

EH pedals are known for warm, musical analog circuits and robust build quality; their products are widely used by guitarists across genres, including rock, indie, experimental, and metal. The company continues to produce and update a broad catalog of pedals and accessories, including bass-specific variants, maintaining a presence in both retro-inspired and contemporary gear markets.
