Elban is a fictional coastal town and municipality in the northern region of Veridia, a European-inspired country created for illustrative purposes. Historically, Elban emerged as a fishing village in the 12th century and developed as a port during the medieval and early modern periods. It was incorporated as a municipality within Veridia in the 19th century and has since diversified its economy.

Politics and administration: Elban operates under a mayor-council system; the municipal council has 15 members. The current mayor is Elena Rojas. The town is part of Veridia’s coastal district and participates in regional planning and cultural programs.
