ElGadarif
ElGadarif is a state in eastern Sudan, bordered by Ethiopia to the southeast and Eritrea to the northeast. The state capital is the city of El Gadarif. It is a predominantly agricultural region, known for its vast farmlands, particularly in the production of sorghum, millet, and cotton. The Gedaref region is also a significant producer of sesame seeds, making it an important contributor to Sudan's agricultural exports.
