Ecetsavvá

Ecetsavvá is a Hungarian grammatical construction indicating transformation or conversion into acetic acid. It combines the noun ecetsav (acetic acid) with the suffix -vá, and is used with verbs of becoming, such as válik or alakul, to express that a substance changes into acetic acid. In sentences it commonly appears as ecetsavvá válik or ecetsavvá alakul, meaning “becomes acetic acid.”

Ecetsav (acetic acid) is a simple carboxylic acid with the chemical formula CH3COOH. It is a colorless liquid known for its pungent odor and wide use as a food additive, preservative, and chemical reagent.
