Dodaná

Dodaná is the feminine singular form of the past passive participle of the Czech verb dodat (also used in the sense of dodávat), meaning delivered, supplied, or provided. In Czech, it functions as an adjective that describes a feminine noun and agrees with its gender and number. The corresponding forms for masculine and neuter nouns are dodaný and dodáno, respectively.

In usage, dodaná is common in logistics, procurement, and formal documentation to indicate that something has been delivered or supplied. It appears in phrases such as dodaná zásilka (delivered shipment) or dodaná objednávka (delivered order). It can also occur in sentences using the auxiliary být in the past tense, for example: Objednávka byla dodána včas (The order was delivered on time). The feminine form can modify nouns that are themselves feminine, while masculine and neuter forms are used with masculine or neuter nouns, respectively.

Slovak and other Slavic languages have analogous participles with similar meanings, reflecting shared Slavic verb families. In Czech stylistics, dodaná is often found in business correspondence, delivery notes, invoices, and inventory records to succinctly state that items, documents, or orders have been fulfilled and handed over.
