Disambiguated is the adjective or past participle form of the verb disambiguate. It refers to something that has been clarified to resolve ambiguity among two or more possible meanings, references, or interpretations. In linguistics and information science, disambiguation is the process of determining which sense, entity, or construction is intended in a given context, and disambiguated forms are those that have had this determination applied.
