Dingérer

Dingérer is a rarely attested verb in French. It does not appear in major dictionaries and has no established meaning in standard usage. When it occurs, it is typically treated as a nonce coinage or as a playful neologism rather than a part of the core lexicon.

Its etymology is unclear. Possible origins include a back-formation from the slang verb dinguer, meaning to go crazy, or a mistaken form derived from digérer (to digest). In some cases, writers use it intentionally to evoke linguistic play or to parody informal speech.

Because there is no widely accepted sense, its usage is context-dependent and usually informal or experimental. Any interpretation would be speculative and highly dependent on author intention. Hypothetical example: "Il a dingéré toute la soirée" might be read as "he acted wildly all evening" if the verb were used with a meaning related to insanity, but this is not standard.
