Destitutus

Destitutus is a Latin term functioning as both an adjective and a past participle, meaning abandoned or forsaken, deprived of support or resources. It derives from the verb destituere, to abandon or withdraw, and is typically treated as a regular Latin adjective with gendered forms.

Etymology and forms are conventional for Latin participles. The masculine nominative is often given as destitutus, with feminine destita or destituta and neuter destitutum, and corresponding plural forms. These forms allow the word to modify nouns across grammatical genders and numbers.
