Debswana
Debswana Diamond Company, commonly known as Debswana, is a Botswana-based diamond mining company that operates as a 50/50 joint venture between the Government of Botswana and De Beers. The company was formed in 1969 to develop Botswana's diamond resources and to manage the country's diamond production in partnership with De Beers. Its headquarters are in Gaborone, and it controls four operating mines: Orapa, Letlhakane, Damtshaa, and Jwaneng.
