DNAFISH
DNAFISH is a technique used to identify and locate specific DNA sequences within cells or tissues. It combines principles of fluorescence microscopy with DNA hybridization. The process involves creating fluorescently labeled DNA probes that are complementary to the target DNA sequence of interest. These probes are then applied to a sample, such as a prepared slide of cells, where they bind to their matching sequences.
