DFETs

DFET refers to a Defective Field-Effect Transistor. It is a type of transistor where a defect within its structure prevents it from functioning as intended. These defects can arise during the manufacturing process and can manifest in various ways, such as altered electrical characteristics, reduced performance, or complete failure to operate.
