Cyclopions

Cyclopions are a group of extinct marine reptiles that lived during the Late Triassic period, approximately 230 to 200 million years ago. They are known for their distinctive, large, and rounded eyes, which are the largest in the history of vertebrates. The name "cyclopion" comes from the Greek words "kyklos" meaning circle, and "ops" meaning eye, reflecting their unique eye structure.
