Cuneddas
Cuneddas is a figure in Welsh tradition, often described as a warlord or chieftain who established the royal dynasty of Gwynedd in North Wales. His lineage is traced back to the mythical figure of Annun, and he is said to have been a descendant of the Romanized Britons. According to the Triads of the Island of Britain, Cuneddas was invited to Wales to combat the Irish settlers who had established themselves there.
